Bill Payment

White Rock Water Special Utility District offers a variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  All bills are due on the 15th of each month by 5:00 PM.  Any payments received after 5:00 PM on the 15th will have a late fee applied.  If not paid BEFORE the 25th service will be disconnected and a service fee will apply for reconnection.  

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please include your payment stub. If you have misplaced your stub please be sure to include your account number on your check or money order.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date of the 15th.  Any payments received after 5:00 PM on the 15th will have a late fee applied so be sure to mail your payment in plenty enough time to avoid those fees.  

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 10th of each month and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.  

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards.  NO CASH.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the 15th and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  We also have a drop box outside of our office for your convenience. If using the drop box please be sure to include your payment stub or your account number on your check or money order.  

Online & Phone Payment

We now offer online bill pay and payment by phone. Click the link on the right-hand side of this page to pay online.  To pay via telephone please call our toll free payment line at 1-877-218-6571. You will need your account number.  Please allow at least 48 hours (sometimes longer during the weekend and/or holidays) for payments made online or by phone to post to your account.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
